Please read the following information for fees and important dates.

The fee is $125 per family. The fee increases to $150 after August 10th. There are additional materials fees for those preparing for sacraments 

• $60 for First Reconciliation & Eucharist

• $50 each year for Confirmation to cover books in year one and additional materials and the retreat in year two

Grades K-6 (see below for grades 7 and older)

Faith Formation meets on the first Sunday of each month October through May (with the exception this year of March 29). After each session, parents (or another responsible adult) will lead their family through a number of short, meaningful activities at home, using Sophia Institute Press' Family of Faith series. 

On meeting Sundays, families will attend 10 a.m. Mass together. 

After Mass, parents gather in the gym for a presentation while children meet with catechists in peer groups for a lesson and activity. All sessions take place on the St. Joan of Arc campus and conclude by 12:15 p.m.

Family Formation Sundays – 2025/26

Meet and greet after 10 am Mass.  (10 am Mass and 11-11:30 in the school)

Students and parents will attend 10 am mass and go to the gym for a quick meet and greet with their children's catechists, collect their books and materials and create their name tags for the year. Parents will be able to visit the grade-level classroom, which was an expressed desire by a number of families.

We will also hold special Advent and Lenten prayer and activity nights for families, with dates to be announced.

Our students in Grades 7 and older begin preparation for Confirmation in a two-year process.

Students in their second year who complete all program requirements will be confirmed at St. Joan of Arc in the spring.

Our Faith Formation Confirmation students meet on the 2nd and 4th* Monday of each month from 6:15 to 8 p.m. (This includes dinner.) *This is a change. This helps avoid school holidays.

• Monday, February 2, 6-7:15 – First Communion Meeting and Pizza Dinner – Parents and Children (School and Faith Formation) Doors open at 5:45

• Tuesday, February 24 - First Reconciliation 5-7pm

• Thursday, March 20 – First Communion Parent and Child mini-retreat with Holy Hour (School and Faith Formation) 5:30-7:30 pm

• Tuesday, April 14 at 6 pm - Mass deconstructed and Family Mass for First Communion families

• First Communion is the first weekend in May. Saturday, May 2nd at 1 pm and 4 pm Mass.
