End of the Year Tax Statements:  Due to recent changes in tax laws, itemizing deductions no longer benefits as many people as it once did. As a result, fewer individuals require the traditional end-of-year tax statements we previously generated. Please consult your tax preparer to determine if you still need a contribution statement from SJA.

Families who contributed $1,500 or more this past year will automatically receive a contribution statement; there is no need to complete the online form. Those statements will be mailed by the end of January.

Please complete the form below if you contributed less than $1,500 last year and still need a contribution statement. We will then generate a statement for you.

Statements for the Catholic Services Appeal (CSA) will be generated separately by the Archdiocese of Detroit. A statement for your contribution to the School Gala will also be mailed separately.
